The Quebec Government’s Green Paper: “Forests: Building a Future for Québec”
On February 14, 2008, Mr. Claude Béchard, Québec Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife, released the Green Paper entitled "Forests: Building a Future for Québec." The QFIC at once announced its firm intention of participating actively and seriously to the consultation process surrounding this Green Paper.
